Damaged/Defective Product

A free replacement or a full refund will be offered if the problem is reported to AmyCGiaquinto@gmail.com within 7 days of product delivery. I do require photographic proof showing the defect/damaged item so that I can submit this information to my print provider for quality assurance reasons.

Returns for Reasons Other than a Clearly Damaged/Defective Product

Buyers must initiate a return within 14 days of product delivery by contacting AmyCGiaquinto@gmail.com.

 

The buyer will then be sent the necessary information for the return. Refunds will only be given once the returned item is received, and the money will be refunded back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To receive a full refund, all items must be returned clean and in their original, new condition with all tags still attached. If the product is returned in any condition other than new and with the tags on, the buyer will not receive a refund.

Exchanges

 

I am happy to offer exchanges for sizing, however, you, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs and the item(s) must be returned in the original condition with all tags on.

​If you need to exchange an item for any reason, please contact AmyCGiaquinto@gmail.com within 7 days of your original purchase. 


* Exchanges not processed within 30 days of the original order date will not be honored.

Returned to Sender/Lost in Transit

If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Cancellations
I am unable to process order cancellations at this time.

E-Books and Gift Cards

I'm unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for E-books and gift cards.
